Privacy notice
This notice explains how this website handles information you provide to JD Computers LLC.

Information you provide
When you use the contact or quote form, you provide your name, email address, message, and any optional company, service, budget, or timing details. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or confidential records through these forms.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements, and discuss potential work. Form submissions are delivered to the JD Computers team through our business email service, Google Workspace. The website does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Technical information
The forms use a temporary session cookie to help protect against unauthorized submissions. The server uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and timestamps for temporary abuse prevention. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical information, including server logs, as part of operating their services.
Spam protection with reCAPTCHA
The contact and quote forms use Google’s reCAPTCHA service to help prevent automated abuse. On these pages, Google processes technical and interaction information to assess requests and may set a necessary security cookie. When you submit, our server sends the verification token, form action, connecting IP address, and available browser user agent to Google for verification. Our assessment request does not include your name, email address, company, project details, budget, or message.
This security check is separate from optional Analytics preferences. If verification cannot be completed, you can contact us directly using the email link. We do not retain reCAPTCHA tokens or full assessment responses in the website’s protection records.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website’s design assets are hosted locally. A temporary session cookie protects the forms.
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics processes website visit information, including pages viewed and successful inquiry types. Our code does not send your name, email address, company, budget, or message to Analytics. Google’s service may process technical information and set analytics cookies.
You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We save that choice in your browser’s local storage. Declining prevents the Google tag from loading on subsequent pages. Withdrawing permission stops further Analytics events and clears the standard analytics cookies available to this site.
Read Google’s privacy policy .
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is handled by our team and the hosting and email providers needed to deliver and manage your request. We keep correspondence as needed for communication, project administration, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Temporary form protection records expire and are cleaned up automatically.
Your questions
To ask about your information or request its correction or deletion, email contact@jdcomputers.tech . Any request is subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
